Acknowledgement timeline
We aim to acknowledge complaints within 3 business days.
Resolution timeline
We aim to provide a substantive response within 10 business days. If more time is needed, we will explain why and provide an updated estimate.
Escalation route
If you are dissatisfied with the initial response, request escalation for secondary review by the operations desk.
Record keeping
Complaint records are retained only as long as needed for resolution and legal compliance.
